What is your pricing structure?
Pricing based on estimate size
$0.01 to $9999.99 - $150
$10,000 to $19,999.99 - $200
$20,000 to $29,999.99. - $250
$30,000 to $49,999.99 - $300
$50,000 to $74,999.99 - $350
$75,000 to $99,999.00. - $400
$100,000 plus 0.5% (ex. $100,000 X 0.5% = $500)
Supplements and change orders - $100/each
How long will an estimate take?
Depending on the size of the estimate, it can take anywhere from 1 - 3 business days.
When will my estimate be approved?
Estimates are typically reviewed within 1 week of submission and final approvals will range depending on the insurance adjuster. Final approvals can take 2 - 3 weeks.
Will I receive a copy of my estimate?
Yes, a preliminary copy of what is sent to insurance can be sent to you by request. Once final approvals have been made, an approved estimate will be provided to you.
Can you estimate for remodel services?
Yes, if given the requested information an estimate can be provided for remodels as well as restoration work.
What is the difference between a preliminary estimate and final estimate?
A preliminary estimate is the first estimate sent to your insurance prior to adjuster review. A final estimate is an approved estimate that is agreed upon by the adjuster and estimator.
